Rules and Guidelines

Submit your original essay in
English on the designated topic.

Submit a completed signed
registration form.

All submissions must include a
word count. Word count does not include the registration form.

Entries must be typed,
double-spaced, in 12-point Times New Roman or an equivalent font
with a one-inch margin on all sides of the page.

You must staple and attach the
one registration form to your completed essay. Remember to
include your essay, with a title.

You must include your name,
mailing address, phone number, and an e-mail address.

Your essay will be disqualified
or points will be deducted if it does not meet the requirements.
Your essay will be disqualified if it is emailed or postmarked
after the submission date of April 15, 2008. Mailed essays must
be received by May 1, 2008.
