All of us come from a powerful country, full of millions of brilliant, strong, great patriotic people. But here we are not in our patriotic country; we are in somebody else's.

There are many Greeks who do not take kindly to Americans. Ideas and feelings that have been passed down from parents to kids. And after 9/11 those feelings have not gone away. I actually had somebody tell me they were happy the planes flew into the WTC and the Pentagon. Yes this person was an idiot but it would not give me the right to start a fight with this guy. This is how some people are raised, and that is probably how they are going to teach their kids, if you end up fighting with them.

Some Greeks view America as an over bearing power hungry country. Ignore insults like this, be a patriot. Prove that people who do not know better do not bother you.
