D.C. area Foreign Service teens and their families are invited for a fun afternoon of mini-golf and lunch on Sunday, May 31, from 12:30pm to 2:30pm at Woody's Golf Range (11801 Leesburg Pike, Herndon, VA 20170, located 10 miles north-west of Tyson's Corner).
Woody's "Perils of the Lost Jungle" miniature golf course was named by Newsweek magazine as one of the top five in America. Woody's recently announced that it will close for good next November because of encroaching civilization, so time is running out to play on this amazing mini-golf course!
FSYF will provide free lunch and drinks in a reserved section of the picnic area.
Teens can play mini-golf together while parents and younger siblings play mini-golf in separate groups. Each round of mini-golf costs$9 (a discounted group price).
This event is a great opportunity for FS teens to get together with old friends and make new friends who have also experienced an internationally-mobile childhood.
Parents and younger siblings are welcome to attend and play mini-golf in separate groups from the teens.
Pre-registration is required, please do so by May 25!
