Moving can be a stressful and scary time for anyone, but especially
for children. The Globe Trotters is designed for Foreign Service
pre-teens (ages 9-12). The group meets once a month for fun activities
where the children can share experiences, feelings, and make new
friends. The group also has its newsletter, Here There and Everywhere,
that is made several times a year.
The
Globetrotters had a great time putting together an edition
of Here, There and Everywhere!
Activities have included picnics, bike trips, laser tag, dinosaur
fossil hunting, amusement parks, and much more. We are excited to
meet new members and hope to keep in touch with the members who
have moved overseas.
